Visitors may launch boats and personal watercraft from the rocky beaches south of the swim area. Rental boats are located nearby at Las Vegas Boat Harbor.

Where to Stay. Camp or RV with views of Lake Mead. Potable water spigots and restrooms are located throughout the campground. Group camping is also available by reservation only. The Lake Mead RV Village is located next to the campground and includes RV sites with full hookups and hour shower and laundry facilities. The Boulder Beach Picnic Area has 54 shaded tables, grills, potable water and nearby restrooms.

From the campground, you can access the River Mountains Loop Trail, a paved, multi-use trail that circles the River Mountains. Other nearby trails include Owl Canyon and Historic Railroad. Fishing is a year-round activity in Lake Mead; each season bringing its own exciting opportunities. For those without a boat, there is an accessible fishing pier near Hemenway Harbor. A convenient fish cleaning station is located at the top of the Hemenway Harbor Launch Ramp.

Boulder Beach has a variety of multi-use beaches, including a swim beach popular for families and triathletes alike. Silverwood will be closed June 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th. Starting June 12th, Boulder Beach will be open daily. Break out the swim suits and the sunscreen as today marks the unofficial start of summer in the Northwest! Only one free Dad ticket per ticket purchase with a maximum of 2 per family, not valid with any other discounts, coupons, promotions or special offers.

Coupon must be validated on arrival at Silverwood by a parking attendant. If you like cars that go fast, look good, or just remind you of the good ol' days, you've gotta be there! Silverwood shows their appreciation for Grandmas and Grandpas by admitting them to the park for free when accompanied by a grandchild. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
